Where do I pick up my car at Paphos Airport?
Paphos International Airport (PFO) has a single terminal. Once you have collected your luggage, a member of our team meets you with your car right at the airport — there is no shuttle bus to an off-site depot and no long counter queue. Just tell us your flight number when you book and we will be there when you land.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing to worry about. When you give us your flight number, we track your flight and adjust the meeting time automatically. Whether you arrive early or late, your car is ready when you land — with no extra waiting charge.
Do I need to pay a deposit or leave a credit card hold?
No. You reserve online with a small pre-payment and there is no large card hold just to collect the car. You do not even need a credit card — we accept cash in EUR, debit cards, and PayPal. Depending on the car and insurance you choose, a refundable deposit or excess may apply under the standard Collision Damage Waiver, which we always explain before you confirm.
How much does car hire at Paphos Airport cost?
Prices at Arenda start from €27 per day for an economy automatic such as the Nissan March, with family 7-seaters and SUVs from around €61 per day. Every rate includes VAT (19%), third-party insurance and unlimited mileage. Airport meet & greet delivery is charged at €10 per direction during office hours (09:00–18:00).
What is the fuel policy?
Our fuel policy is simple and fair: same-to-same. You receive the car with a set fuel level and return it at the same level. There are no inflated refuelling fees and you only pay for the fuel you actually use.
What are the age and driving licence requirements?
Drivers aged 18 to 75 are welcome — a wider range than most Paphos companies. You need a full valid driving licence and a passport or ID card. Drivers aged 21–24 need at least 3 years' experience and pay a small Young Driver fee; an International Driving Permit is recommended for non-Latin-script licences.
Can I drive the car anywhere in Cyprus?
Yes — you have unlimited mileage across the Republic of Cyprus, so you can explore Coral Bay, the Akamas peninsula, Troodos and Limassol freely. In Cyprus you drive on the left and motorways are toll-free. Please note that insurance does not cover the Turkish-occupied north (beyond the Green Line) or off-road areas.
Can I also pick up the car in Paphos town instead of the airport?
Yes. As well as the airport meet & greet, you can collect your car at our Paphos City Center location, or we can deliver it to your hotel, villa or apartment anywhere in Paphos. Just let us know your preferred pick-up point when you book.
